Welcome to SkyExchange (hereinafter referred to as "SkyExchange", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering, or placing bets on SkyExchange, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction) to register and use SkyExchange.

1.2. You are responsible for ensuring that online betting is legal in your country or region of residence. SkyExchange does not accept liability for users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

1.3. Each user may create only one (1) SkyExchange account. Multiple accounts will be suspended and winnings forfeited.

1.4. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be required before processing withdrawals.

1.5. SkyExchange reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion.

2. Account Security

2.1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, 2FA). Never share your password with anyone.

2.2. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify SkyExchange support immediately. We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.

2.3. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended for all accounts.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1. Minimum deposit amount is ₹500 (or equivalent in supported currencies). Maximum limits vary by payment method and VIP tier.

3.2. Withdrawals are processed within 2 hours of approval. SkyExchange reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security checks or KYC verification.

3.3. All transactions must be made through payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits or withdrawals are prohibited.

3.4. SkyExchange charges no fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may impose charges.

3.5. If a withdrawal is reversed or charged back, your account may be suspended and legal action pursued.

4. Betting Rules and Obligations

4.1. All bets placed on SkyExchange are final once confirmed. No cancellations, modifications, or refunds are permitted unless due to a clear platform error.

4.2. In the event of an obvious error in odds (e.g., typographical mistake), SkyExchange reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.

4.3. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed on each market. SkyExchange may impose individual limits at its discretion.

4.4. Use of automated betting software (bots) or exploitation of platform bugs is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and confiscation of funds.

4.5. Betting results are determined by official sources (e.g., cricket board, football league). In case of disputes, the decision of SkyExchange is final.

4.6. We reserve the right to suspend betting on any market or event without prior notice.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, and validity periods as stated in the promotion terms.

5.2. Welcome bonus (100 percent up to ₹20,000) requires a minimum deposit of ₹500 and wagering of 10x the bonus amount before withdrawal.

5.3. SkyExchange may exclude certain users or payment methods from promotions. Abuse of bonuses (e.g., creating multiple accounts) will lead to forfeiture of funds.

5.4. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1. SkyExchange is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools such as deposit limits, self-exclusion, and reality checks.

7.2. If you feel you have a gambling problem, please contact support to set restrictions or refer to organizations like GamCare or Gamblers Anonymous.

7.3. We reserve the right to close accounts that exhibit signs of problem gambling (e.g., chasing losses, excessive deposits).

8. Suspension and Termination

8.1. SkyExchange may suspend or terminate your account with immediate notice if:

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. SkyExchange provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyExchange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits or data.

9.3. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the preceding 30 days.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. All content on the SkyExchange Platform – including logos, graphics, text, software, and trademarks – is the property of Sky Entertainment N.V. or its licensors.

10.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without written consent.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao.

11.2. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Curaçao, unless otherwise required by local law.

11.3. You agree to first contact our support team to resolve disputes amicably before initiating arbitration.

12. Amendments to Terms

SkyExchange reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
